Buffalo Bar Squats
Pretty well explained in the video. It’s a squat with a bar that’s meant partially to fit the body more comfortably, therefore transfer more attention to the strength building aspect of the lift, instead of possibly being distracted by discomfort or pain. Only other mention is that the bar is a 55lb, instead of the typical 45lb barbell weight.
This Buffalo Bar also happens to be called a Duffalo Bar, only because it was created by Chris Duffin at Kabuki Strength.
