Dead Hangs (various)
Grip strength is a well-researched indicator for longevity. Meaning: folks with stronger grip tend to live longer lives! If that isn’t good enough of a reason to get going performing some dead hangs, well…I dunno. But, particularly for the purpose of this program, I use these to prepare anyone and everyone for performing pull-ups. And, in my opinion, everyone should be able to pull their body weight up to the bar at least a few times. Just sayin’.
