I know I focus mainly on lat engagement in the video, but this will clearly work all the musculature of the upper back; particularly the posterior delts, traps, etc. Mostly that’s due to the fixed position the barbell pivots from restricting the range of motion to some degree,

Adjusting the angle of your stance can change the degree of bias from one muscle to another easily. Want a little more lat? Start where I indicate in the video. Want a little more rear delt? Give your stance a slightly more obtuse angle.
