T-Bar Rows
Some gyms have T-Bar row machines with a chest support. Personally, I’d default to using that if available, as it offers bracing that allows for better isolation for the upper back and/or lats as it essentially removes the legs and spinal erectors (lower back) from the equation.
However, this variation is still an excellent option if it’s what you have available. As always, hold that deep breath, keep a neutral spine, eliminate momentum, and grow that back!
