Barbell Rows

One hack to these is to slide handle attachments over the sleeves onto the barbell into the position of your grip. The benefit of this is the rotational capability of the handles, giving your forearms that same capacity, thus contributing even more to a healthy joint or joints. If the handles reduce your range of motion simply put some plates under your feet and you’ll get back whatever the handles reduced.
