Cable Incline Press
This is honestly one of my favorites for hitting upper chest. I love the constant tension the cable system provides.
And to clarify, this is probably the only time you’ll see me or hear me recommend bringing the upper arms in toward the mid-line of your body at the top of a press. Reason being, this setup allows for tension to resist against all the way into the top contraction. Whereas barbells and dumbbells do not offer the same opportunity in their respective profiles.
