Cable Reverse Fly

Always Be Bracing. I love bracing whenever possible. This setup is relatively simple. All you need is an incline bench and 2 pulleys on any functional trainer. The next plus is the alignment capability of a cable setup like this. Line it up with your upper arm at full flexion/adduction (out to your sides).
