Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

Many gyms have 120, 150, and some even 200lb dumbbells, so you’re really not too limited by the load potential of this lift. As well, dumbbells have a smaller diameter than 45lb plates on a barbell, so those with higher mobility could potentially get even more hip flexion (aka range of motion) out of this variant. You’re also not locked into the fixed grip a barbell demands; which allows for a greater, more joint friendly rotation capability with dumbbells.
