Single Arm Braced Concentration Curls

I love this setup for its adherence to three basics that I strive for for every lift: 1) well braced (in this case with my upoer arm against the upright), 2) well aligned (elbow joint is hinging naturally), and 3) good profile (constant tension thru ROM via fixed cable tension).
