Jefferson Squat

This is a pretty advanced lift, guys. Come into it prepared to not go ego crazy and lift a ton at first. Start even with just the bar in order to get a feel for the motion. Add weight little by little until you can pretty cleanly get it off the floor with the initial pull (the hardest part).
