I would use this guy intermittently for boosting overall tricep strength and hypertrophy. It’s going to incorporate some pectoral involvement, which allows for typically using a heavier load to push the triceps muscles into deeper exhaustion as either a pre-fatigue for more isolated movements, or post-fatigue from the same.

Keep in mind, these were developed by a powerlifter for the powerlifting sport community as an accessory lift to build triceps, with the main purpose of developing their potential as an aid to a more powerful bench press. Use them with that in mind.
