Cable Pullover

As with the dumbbell version of these, there will most likely for most people be some pectoral engagement in performing this lift. That’s fine, but it’s definitely a mostly lat dominant lift. With that in mind, keep focusing on initiating the lift by contracting the lat via scapular depression, this moving the humerus (upper arm) to begin contracting the lats. As always, every body part except those performing the motion should be set in stone.
