Roller Flys

I unapologetically stole these from Joe Bennett (@hypertrophycoach) years ago and incorporated them into my push/chest days. They work particularly well to fully exhaust your pectoral muscles after all your heavy pressing sets, and ensure fuller recruitment of all the muscle fibers of your chest.

Go cautiously into the load and volume you use with these at first. That pec stretch will def leave you with some serious DOMS if you overdue these on the first try.
