Overhead Press

Always helpful to have a mirror in front of you if possible for acclimating your hand position and arm path for this one. Forearms straight up and down throughout is the goal. Own the transitions; don’t bounce off the bottom or pop at the top. It’s not a race for reps, it’s a means to building size and strength through control and progressive overload.
