Single Arm High Pulley Long Head Curls
If you can find a way to better brace the upper arm doing these, even better. But, if not, do your best to keep that upper arm as stable as possible (not flexing or extending, but pointed directly at the pulley. And don’t adduct it - pull the upper arm into the pectoral muscle. Force the bicep to do all the work.
