Cable Lat Pulldowns

Bracing in this setup is having the bench as support. The only movement you should concentrate on is the upper arm-path from initiation to completion of each rep. Keep that path more or less parallel to the ribcage, and initiate by driving it down into the lat, as the humerus bone is the origin point for that muscle.
