Medial Head Tricep Pressdowns

I love medial head tricep exercises simply for the massive pump I feel after performing them. Now, the pump isn’t everything. As a matter of fact it’s relatively minor whether or not you feel one during or after execution of a lift. The effect is transitory; which is why it’s actually referred to as “transient hypertrophy.” However, it is a great feeling, and a good indicator that you are, in fact, working the desired muscle. It also means your muscle is filled with blood; and blood is what oxygenates and carries other rejuvenating materials to that working muscle to help it grow.
