SSB Skullcrushers

SSB; not just for squats anymore! This is a skullcrusher variation I got from somebody over at eliteFTS (probably Dave Tate, but so long ago I can’t remember). Regardless, and for whatever reason, they don’t aggravate my elbow tendons like traditional EZ bar skullcrushers do. Of course, access to a SSB is the main requirement. So if you’ve got one, give these a shot and feel that tricep pump!
