Single Arm Pull-Around
Pull around and find out. These bad boys are great for hitting lats isolaterally. As I said, I swiped these from Kassem Hanson (@coach_kassem) years ago and have used em ever since to great benefit.
Just like in the video: no jerky motions, no momentum, it’s not a side-bending or rotational exercise. It’s a controlled pull across the body ending with the elbow as if tucked in your back pocket.
