Two-Arm Dumbbell Lateral Delt Raise

I recommend these over simply a standing (unbraced) lateral raise a) because it positions the medial delt in a near perfect alignment throughout the ROM, and b) it almost totally removes momentum potential (as well as injury from such) from the lift.
