Zercher Squat

This is a growing fav of mine. In my opinion, it’s an awesome squat variation for power production via the quads, as well as the entire posterior chain. It’s also a great squat for those who have shoulder issues from hand placement on the bar while performing a back squat (which more often than not presents with shoulder pain), and who find the front squat bar position extremely uncomfortable. So, whether you use this as your unique squat variation, or incorporate it into your leg day repertoire (recommended), use these to the benefit of your entire skeletal muscular system.
